I have worked in the IT industry for over 40 years, with considerable expertise in ERP and CRM applications. I have a strong Financial background and having selected and implemented ERP systems, I have spent the last 15 years focussed in creating and positioning CX solutions for customers, with considerable knowledge in Sales, Service and Marketing.

I have specialised in the Siebel suite of applications, in particular creating innovative solutions using core Siebel as a basis (Siebel Tools, Workflow, OBIEE). In addition to Siebel I have experience with other CX technologies such as Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (RightNow), Marketing Cloud (Eloqua and Responsys) and Business Intelligence.

I now provide IT consulting services, covering mainly website design / implementation but also Database, CX, Analytics and Marketing related projects, using software such as WordPress, Sage, Access, Zoho Reports and MailChimp.

Outside my main career I have also undertaken smaller projects, such as video streaming for a non-profit organisation, PC support / diagnosis, network installation and several website design projects.
